Who Are We?
Aldridge Access was created in 1971 as a division of Aldridge Security Ltd, our parent company and Europe’s largest distributor of Locks & Ironmongery. We initially set up to offer additional linked ranges to our core customer base, assisting them to diversify and offer increased services to their customers.
Since then, we have grown substantially and are proud to be one of the UK’s leading distributors of Security products, supplying Alarm, CCTV and Access Control engineers nationwide.
Although initially we specialised in Access Control, including networked systems, IP based systems and stand-alone we have continued to evolve with a view to offering our customers the largest, most comprehensive product range available.
Our vision & mission has remained constant throughout our growth, using our knowledge, experience and extensive stock to provide our customers with unrivalled customer service by delivering the right product at the right time, on time every time.

We stock and distribute hundreds of different brands, including market leaders such as Paxton, Videx, Intratone, Asec, Abloy, dormaKaba & EVVA.
We’re also proud to be both Paxton and Videx’s 1st ever distribution partner.
Our approach to our customers is as a partner not a supplier, we pride ourselves on our technical support, relationships both with our customers and our suppliers and most importantly our commitment to delivering on our mission.

Aldridge is a private family owned and run security wholesaler and the largest in the UK & Ireland with over 75 years experience in the industry. We have achieved this through our loyalty to the independent customer and refusal to supply DIY Superstores.
We also support our customers by offering 24/7 on line ordering facility with same day despatch anywhere in the UK mainland along with the option to collect urgently required products from our trade counters in Birmingham or Manchester during trading hours from Monday to Friday.
The extensive range of products available through Aldridge is ideally suited to Retail and Mobile Locksmiths, Architectural Ironmongers, Builders Merchants, DIY Shops, Access Control Installers, Safe Engineers & the UPVC Repair Market to name but a few.
In addition to being the largest distributor of Allegion, Union and Kaba products in the UK and Ireland, we are also amongst Evva and Silca's largest distributors in the World & the exclusive Distributor of Asec Security Products worldwide.
